Business Process Design
We work with you, your stakeholders, and your team to define a new process or refine or replace an old process. Success requires the following commitments:
- Business process improvement is an agreed objective within the business;
- The process will be supported by an application (see services in Technology Support for Business) that institutionalizes it;
- The client makes a commitment to measure the process both before and after application support is in place and builds process instrumentation into the application. (This may be implemented with BPM.)
We undertake process design with these commitments as a way to limit the process re-engineering failures of the late 90's.
