CIO-In-Reserve™

We offer a number of services as part of our CIO-In-Reserve™ program:

• Interim CIO – We can provide termporary CIO services while you search for and transition to a new CIO. Your IT department will maintain direction and drive while you conduct this search. Think of this as “rent-a-cio”.
• Adjunct (Fractional) CIO – We can act as your part-time CIO, when you want the benefit of having an experienced leader but can’t afford the cost of a full-time employee. Think of this as “lease-a-cio”.
• Mentoring – We mentor your IT leaders, bringing them to higher level of capability. We focus on building a finer appreciation for the business, building urgency, improving people management skills, and building an appreciation for effective internal practices and processes.

We can also assist when two circumstances arise in your business:

• Exit Planning and Preparation – When you are planning to sell your business, you may want to maximize the value of your IT assets and capabilities. We can help with an assessment of your current situation, we can help build value before the sale, and we can assist with the transition to the new owner. Use this service as another strategy to increase the value of your business before sale.
• Turnaround – If your IT shop isn't meeting your expectations, lacking vision and ability to deliver, it may be time for a turn-around. We can lead this effort, bearing all of the tactical and strategic needs of the company in mind.
